That is what Launch Pad Job Club
offers to the job seeker.
We offer a supportive community to bolster the job seeker, someone who may be: experiencing a layoff; returning to the workforce after several years; seeking a career change; is one of the many new folks who has moved to Central Texas, or even the out-of-stater who has found us on the internet or through outplacement.
We at Launch Pad recognize losing a job can be a real “deer in the headlights” moment. We provide current information on how to conduct a successful job search, and a community to support you on this journey.
Job searching is too scary to do alone.

PROGRAMS
CAREER LIFTOFF TEAMS PROGRAM
Joining one of our monthly Career Liftoff Teams provides you, the job seeker, a guided and monitored job search led by the incomparable,
Catherine Jewell,
The Career Passion® Coach.
LEAP TO SUCCESS PROGRAM
Provides pro bono, short-term, professional projects assistance to other nonprofits utilizing volunteers from the club so they might keep their job skills sharp and give back to the community while seeking employment. Great way to show prospective employers you’re “working” while also job seeking.
LAUNCH PAD TOASTMASTERS CLUB
Helps our members improve and master their presentation skills and instills in them greater self-confidence—which is important when interviewing. Toastmasters is an internationally recognized and awarded organization.
