Key Information Regarding Member Portal Access
When you sign up for a Member Portal Subscription, please be aware you need to write down the credentials you set during signing up in order to access the portal later.
In some cases you may already be technically signed into the backend from when you were a member previously. So, check the top right corner to check which email is associated with your account.
You can always use your associated email to reset your password on the sign-in page if you have lost your password.
If you have lost the associated email, please contact Shannon at smantrom@launchpadjobclub.org. to connect you with our webmaster who can look up your account's associated email by your first and last name.
